# Yeast

When adding a 'Yeast' to 'Inventory', use the drop down next to 'Amount' to select the desired unit.  
 E.g. 500 gram brick of dried yeast or a liquid volume of yeast.  The unit can then be selected when adding a yeast when building a recipe, allowing for accurate inventory tracking and deductions.
